Not pretty

On the first part, Domino SMTP has always accepted recipient envelopes without a domain part. This isn't good, but is not usually problematic as no implementation of SMTP I have ever seen would attempt to transport a message to a remote destination without a domain in the recipient envelope.

On the second - soundex recipients.

Ouch.

Never seen that before but it is reproducible here on D7 and D8 and I am aware of no way of turning it off.
